I have also launched multiple global technology products with Microsoft and MAR Robotics. With extensive experience as an operator and a track record of investing in over 30 startups, I’ve gained invaluable insights in identifying great startups at an early stage.

Kis has accumulated over 16 years of experience in human resources, data analytics, and executive support. She began her career at China National Offshore Oil Corporation SES in 2008, where she significantly enhanced HR functions and ensured security compliance over a decade.
In 2018, Kis joined GOTO Gojek Tokopedia, the largest ecommerce and on-demand startup in Indonesia, starting as an Executive Assistant and advancing to roles such as People Business Partner & Analyst. By 2022, as Senior People Data Analytics, Governance & Compliance, Kis led initiatives in data governance and regulatory compliance while also delivering strategic reporting and manpower research.
